Terms of Service
The rules for using HoneyPot as a customer or entertainer. Please read them — booking on HoneyPot means you agree.
1. Who we are
HoneyPot is a marketplace operated by Nth Star Pty Ltd (Australia) that connects adult customers with independent, verified entertainers across Australia and New Zealand. HoneyPot is not the employer or agent of any entertainer; entertainers set their own services, rates and availability.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account, browse or book. By using HoneyPot you confirm you meet this requirement and that use of the service is lawful where you are.
3. Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid via Stripe and the entertainer accepts. The remaining balance is payable directly to the entertainer on the day unless the listing says otherwise. Prices shown include HoneyPot's platform fee. Honey rewards may be applied to deposits per the Honey rules.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time; deposits for later cancellations are non-refundable unless the entertainer cancels or fails to arrive, in which case the deposit is refunded in full. No-shows by customers forfeit the deposit.
5. Conduct & safety
Respect, consent and the entertainer's stated boundaries are non-negotiable. Entertainers may end a booking at any time if they feel unsafe, without refund. Harassment, recording without consent, intoxicated aggression or attempts to arrange services outside the platform result in permanent removal and may be reported to police.
6. Escort category compliance
Escort listings are companionship services only. Any services beyond companionship are strictly between consenting adults, negotiated independently, and must comply with the laws of the relevant Australian state/territory or New Zealand. HoneyPot does not arrange, price or take a fee on any such services.
7. Entertainer obligations
Entertainers must be 18+, verified, legally entitled to work, and hold any licence their state requires. They are responsible for their own tax, insurance and declarations. Monthly statements are provided to assist.
8. Honey rewards
Honey is a promotional loyalty credit with no cash value. Honey expires 12 months after it is earned; grace-period bonuses are discretionary and may change or end at any time.
9. Platform availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Safety alerts, SMS and push are best-effort and depend on carriers and devices — always keep your own backup plan.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, HoneyPot's liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the deposit paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for the conduct of customers or entertainers off-platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, our Privacy Policy or the law. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Last updated: June 2026.
